The first few appointments will be spent gathering information, after which we will have a discussion around what might be helpful. If my approach is deemed suitable, we will settle into a regular time together. This consistency is an essential component of my approach.

The cost of a 50-minute consultation is $230. For those with a current Mental Health Treatment Plan, Medicare will reimburse you $145.25 per session, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. This makes the out of pocket cost $84.75 per session. The work typically extends beyond the Medicare rebated sessions.
